Dec. Ka wait is liye kar rahe h q ki abhi WR is root ke jyada tar satation ko modified kar rha h(Platform increasing,FOB,Painting,Parking) jisme time lagega is liye WR ye sab kaam hone ke baad hi Train chalana cahta h taki Station Ready rahe or Doubling ka bhi kaam baki h to ye bhi reason h.
I think due to doubling works in between COR-RTM. They are delaying electrification. They will complete electrification of COR and CNA, so that NWR bound trains can get e-locos and later on do the complete electrification of the double line till NMH and further to MDS-RTM route.
