Nope, KGP was the 1st experiment followed by TATA on the very next day. Small stations like Tiruldih and Mahalimarup etc. have kiosk based WiFi system mostly used by staffs for better communication due to weak mobile network. Hardly they have been allotted a bandwidth not more than 2 Mbps.
