Sir many trains having RSA have been updated like this only there is no wrong in updating like this.
Those updates were priorly done n not changed. I accepted ur Other TL of 12610 as it's valid due to name change.
But if we think trivial then visitors never bother about mps of the train as they dont have anything to do with that but RSA is a useful for atleast rail fans. So this is not a trivial update.
I've tagged moderator sir, he'll answer u better. N as far as I know people are so very much bothered of MPS, even in CC class in which I've travelled recently (12713) speeds updates were given onboard.
