Another incident @ kzm PRS counter
I had booked ticket for Shimla toy train from kzm PRS counter. Later came home and checked for retiring room. While doing so I came to know that spelling of name was mistyped by staff @ PRS counter. I continued booking retiring room @ SML and succeeded doing so. But now I am worried.
Anyone with such experience ( name mistyped ) ?
