I have planned RSA train from SHC. So extension not possible. I ll make another train.
VSKP make 21.30 Arrival 23.00 is too late and public transportation not available
I too had some Roommate suffers from this types of problem while i was in hostel but trains should run as a special in vacant like dp and summer time and fare must be equal to normal SF &EXPS
