Normal A/c have 2nd a/c which are more high cost than HS 3rd A/c
But I think humsafar is based on flexi fare and considering the patronage of currently running Humsafars......better they introduced in highly demanding sectors where high - class people travel more ( eg : Mumbai - Delhi , Mumbai - Kolkata , Trivandrum - Ahmedabad , Chennai - Mumbai ) etc .... I suppose
