Reservations in this train is done in Sangam Express i.e When you book ticket towards DDN from stations b/w ALD and ALJN then it is booked in Sangam Express not Link Express.

Bhai Dehradun Sangam Nhi Link Express Jati h toh Reservation Bhi Link me hi hoga Na.
Bhai Mujhe lagta ha Apne travel Nhi kiya Isme.

Here 14163 is showing as Link Express it means you will get berth in link express coach but reservation is done through Sangam express.
Whereas the link express is showing as Unreserved.
