Thank to Moderator sir and WC Goyal sir for making it most successful Convention .... Moderator sir we are also looking for same time convention(this year) but as fixed convention not like moving convention

Yes, you are right. as per registration at IRI, 45 members had consented to attend Delhi Chapter of the Convention and we had placed an order of 45 mementos with the vendor plus five extras without name. But the vendor, owing to an oversight, printed three mementos twice thus causing an faux pause. So these three members (one admin+ two members) were honoured with plain mementos. However these three memontos were reprinted with accuracy and delivered to the General Manager of Hotel Tourist Deluxe, where the convention was held. I had personally conveyed to them all to collect their personalized memontos from the hotel. I understand they might have collected from there.
