This is not passenger. This is unreserved special and not halting at every intermediate stations like passenger train.
Taking just 5 min extra to cover full journey as compared to supefast mahamana express.

How can a train taking less or equal time to a superfast train can be a passenger and not halting at every stn enroute
No idea bhai about this, all i know it is cancelled between jhansi and lalitpur
