I think electrification work has started in ypr tk section because in this video while the train was departing from tl i could observe the pitholes for ohe even few months before tenders were called and last week it was finalised. I have even taken the screenshot where i could spot foundation for ohe.

I am not sure about this excavation. But square excavation can either be for OHE pole/portal or for relay cabinets (aluminium boxes)
