Hello,
I would like to know what all cases the confirmed railway ticket can be transferred to another person. Please note the ticket has been booked at ticket counter (not online). Please help?

U can only transferred it to blood relations
By submitting a letter and showing the original ticket to the booking officer at station or the head booking clerk
