From past all Divisions are facing a problem of coaches allotment. This happens as Zonal HQs not allot coaches for the trains to other divisions and always prefer their own interest. there 100's of trains started as fresh and running with old coaches. for name sake 1 or 2 new coaches will be added. and the allotted coaches will go to their preferred divisions. Best Example is E.Co.Rly. all allotted coaches for VSKP-BGKT,VSKP-SNSI,VSKP-KRBA,VSKP-MAS coaches. no one knows how many coaches released as IR and Zonal Railways never release a press release with coach numbers which are allotted. and Divisions can't oppose Zone HQ and they will be sent to Punishment zones if asked and Zone HQ never care Division HQ. only few people can know what are the coaches allotted and where they are now.
