This qurry has been replied many times. It is simple. Please go to nearest PRS. Fill up resev. form and get instant conf/RAC/WL ticket. Alternatively, if you have an internet connection and a PC, book directly at irctc.co.in. Registration is simple.

Sir,
While making payments at irctc.co.in, you must have credit card / debit card of some banks are also accepted / .net banking account. Prepaid cards e.g. ITZ cards are accepted as payment.
All these service providers ( for making payment on your behalf) do debit some service charges also in addition to IRCTC charges.
