As our web site has been doing its best to improve on its reliability, efficiency and reputation, I hereby suggest a few ways to choose the admins as they are blindly believed by guests. Please think of it if you find it to be an effective method.

become an admin,
the person should be a member for at least 3 months of membership with any 1 of the following conditions satisfied.
1:- 300 correct PNR predictions with at least 45 percent of accuracy.
2:- 10 news entries within 4 months(to encourage IR followers).
3:- 20 blog entries with at least 5 "thank you/useful info/great" opinions.
4:- 10 own PNR posts within six months(to encourage frequent travelers with IR).
5:- 10 gallery posts like videos/pictures(to encourage IR fans)
6:- Etc etc...
I have chosen the duration of 3 months of membership as the basic criteria only because a new member can learn different things related to IR(like reservation quotas, current scenario of IR and bla bla) and thus will be able to answer the questions by guests and new members precisely.
This will surely encourage all the talented members to become admins and will avoid any lay person being chosen as admin hence respecting designation of the admins.
