That is TT ON paper. Its impossible to cover that stretch in 24 mins. DD always takes 40-50 mins to cover that stretch with PSR of 75kmph from PU-MAR section which is a ghat section. LPs have confirmed that throughout DD is restricted to 100kmph.
As of now, only GPS apps are available for us to determine speed but they are not reliable.
It will do that speed in down direction while going towards MAS , but it's impossible while going towards SBC
