I'm a Mangalorean and I'm ashamed to say that people of Coastal Karnataka are absolutely disinterested in getting productive things done. They're fit only to raise their voice for renaming trains. That's all. I have been literally begging for people to raise their voice regarding the delaying of Mangalore Express by Konkan Railway every single day by 5-6 hours and absolutely nobody, including rail enthusiasts, have shown any interest. I've been tweeting endlessly in vain. Without unity one cannot achieve anything and sad to say, coastal KA lacks unity.
