It means that SE1 is Temporary instead of PC.

O acha... Sorry for getting confused.. I thought you are talking about the HCPV containing the pigs.. Ohkzz... Tomorrow, I will be uploading the video of the 26 coach HCPV rake headed by a WAG-5.. Ok??? :-) Promise...
