The rack is staying ideal from 14.50 to next day 13.15 almost 22 hours at puri. is this required for a SCR train to rest for SM (we know what is SM they do)
the same happening with 17481/Bilaspur - Tirupati Express the rack staying almost 18 hours for SM. This train can return from Raipur.
