Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

SER 1st HS Rake of 2018. (188101-188120) which was first spotted at Bauria, later used as HTE - PUNE/MUMBAI AC Special then it went to UDZ then came to NDLS. Ran as Pravasi Special and at last was spotted at DDU is now at Panskura in its own territory. Red PC is attached with it. The train boards have Pravasi Special written on them. Date of Capture :- 21/02/2019. 12 3A red LHBs all SER marked are parked at MCA and a rake comprising of 10-15 3As including the Bezel less, few 2A and few SLs are parked at ULB.
