I travelled in 12993 gandhidham Puri express on 22 Feb 19.Due to maintenance block taken by railway train reached nagpur at 2200 hrs and remain standed there up to 0220 hrs of 25 Feb 19.train got delayed but i saw many train passed through nagpur including our connecting train 22893 Shirdi sai Howrah super Express except 12993 gimb Puri express.When i deboard 12993 at raipur i found 22893 already left raipur.I spoke to station manager that due to 12993 delayed arrival of more than 4 hrs 30 min late at raipur i lost hold of 22893 and my reservation from raipur to rourkela is lost.he can write in my ticket and alternate arrangements can be done in 13287 Express he refused to help me.he denied and just tell me that he can't do anything.Due to him i suffered a lot .Is there any public readressal system so that i can...

RTI? For what? What if he had two different tickets? Incase of separate tickets SM or any railway authority is not liable to allow him travel further on that ticket. Maybe on humanitarian grounds he may permit but certainly not liable. And even incase of BPT too, he will get seat in next train only if avbl. If seat is not avbl, he has to allow passenger to board next train and the pax can talk to TTE for seat/s
Then SM was not liable to allow you in next train on existing ticket.
