1.As precautionary measure in view of prevailing situation in Arunachal Pradesh, it has been decided to short-terminate
22412 Anand Vihar Terminal-Naharlagun Arunachal Express at Harmuti today. Train will remain cancelled between Harmuti and Naharlagun and return from Harmuti on 26.02.2019.
2-ILP (Inner Line Permit, a permission required for mainland Indian citizen to be able to travel into a some restricted/protected state of North-East India) is needed in ticket booking time to/from Naharlagun
