1- ILP (Inner Line Permit, a permission required for mainland Indian citizen to be able to travel into a some restricted/protected state of North-East India) is needed in ticket booking time to/from Naharlagun. 2 - Train commencing journey on 26/02/2019 will short originate from Harmuti jn. It will remain cancelled between Naharlagun and Harmuti jn.

2 - From 30.06.2018 frequency will be increased from weekly to bi-weekly (Tuesday, Saturday) from Naharlagun (NHLN) and renamed as ARUNACHAL EXPRESS with change of terminal from New Delhi to Anand Vihar (T)
