why this train runs with diesel locomotive when the entire roite is electrified

now with vizag in SCoR, ECoR has no locomotive shed as of now to provide them passenger locos
So, now which can be the most probable station in which ELS would be set up? Will it be BBS or some other?
even i am also not sure but it maybe angul or nearby bbs as well
