If you're forcing travelers to sit overnight in a DD, the least you can do is give it a TT fast enough to compensate partly for the pain and suffering. Instead you make it even slower than the train it shares its slot with. Unbelievable CR.
After Sawantwadi road, it can definitely be speeded up by 60-80 minutes. Thus making travel time around 10 hr 30 min or so
Railways have forgotten the logic of fast speeds for trains not carrying SF surcharge. You can see DBG-Varanasi Antyodya too. 39kmph. And 41kmph speeds.
