GTL is justified n AGC to some extent but what's the need of ET,SSPN,SEM,GWL.

Around 15-20 yrs ago I heard someone who was a then railway minister's kin,because he was a sedam native to appease him Rajdhani was provided a halt moreover Raichur was also given a halt because it is place of jafer Sharif's daughter/son's in-laws
