now full downgrade must de done. You just can take SF charge for a part of journey & M/E for other. For KCG to MYS passengers have to pay SF charge. Why? KCG -MYS avg speed is 51.5 kph so KCC MYS journey must not have SF charge. If this logic is used then trains like 13005/06 will begin taking SF charge in HWH-PNBE section. Rubbish decision by IR. easily journy can be completed in 14 hrs @ 55 kph. Speed up necessary in SBC-MYS part by 35 mins
