So is the 'FM approval' a mere gimmick, or do the FMs, in this case the great man himself, endorse the usage of such dignified and stately language?

FM should be more strict. Kuch logonka kam hi hain controversy spread karna among two towns. The member didn't mention any station and posted repeated replies of an old user. I assume that to be a work of common person to create a new account everytime it gets under SW. These offensive baseless language ones must be reported to maintain a healthy post.
The feature is doing the job as designed. However, we humans doing the approval are not perfect, in this case, myself. I was careless in this instance. When dozens of pending approval are there, then a few of these may slip by. Sorry about that.
people like these shoudld not be given away with just sw....it's too light punishment for such dumbos...there accoutnts should be suspended permanently
Are Bhai galti ho Sakti hai.... Aap seriously kyun le rahe ho.... And he given SW... And FM approval system is working very nicely..
I totally understand sir that you are overwhelmed with other responsibilities and it is only human to err, but it would be much better if you had a more proactive and pre-emptive approach towards the more habitual offenders; only some members compulsively create ruckus on this site and their mannerisms, choice of words etc are a tell all as to who they really are.
Such lapses, however few and far between, cast aspersions on the site administration when really it is not your fault or any other FM's fault for that matter.
