ECR mein slack removal ?? Yeh kya keh diya aapne 🙏😂😂. That too for a train having an average of 45 kmph in the first leg of it's journey in it's own homezone of all places. 🙏
Slack and halts- once given, aren't taken back easily especially in ECR.
No offence to ECR but even ECR guys would agree with the point that ECR is legendary with slacks.

12273 ka slack pehle bhi Kam Kiya hai DNR ne.Abhi bhi 12273 aur 12393 dono 50-55 mins BT aati hai DDU pe.Chahe to ECR slack reduce kar Sakta hai.
ECR intentionally provides slack to trains. SK and HD both arrive atleast 30 mins BT at DDU, and occupy PF for no reason, hereby increasing the congestion. Non stop trains easily cover this section within 3 hrs.
