It seems IR has approved SCR to run trains with WAP-7 push pull operations. If they do with this 12727/28, it would save lot of time at BZA, an average 12727/28 is taking 30 to 50 min in BZA, as it is not going to skip BZA in near future!
Firstly it'll be tried with premium trains like SBC/SC Rajdhani n 12285 SC NZM Duronto, being high speed n long distance, but ur suggestion is also totally acceptable n is a really good idea.
