If it was asked to change the terminal of 12315/16 Kolkata-Udaipur City-Kolkata Ananya Superfast Express, which station is perfect?

Already it shifted from Sealdah to Kolkata so it will not back sealdah
Shalimar is in SER & Kolkata/Sealdah/Howrah is In ER so ER will not give it's train to shalimar
Howrah is fully congested so there is less possibility of Shifting terminal to Howrah
