gpkadni 11 blog postsThis train is delayed regularly beyond proportions. I travelled from SBC to MAS on 16-03-2019. It was 3 hour late arrival at SBC after giving way to all the outgoing trains from SBC. In the same manner, for my travel on 22-03-2019, we were delayed at JTJ and made to trail Island express and TPTY - CMNR express (old FP). resulting in almost 2 hours delay.
I'm not sure if you can generalize a train's punctuality based on 2-3 runs in a specified time period. Most trains running on this stretch ran late for most of Feb and March owing to doubling works in the DMM-YNK line. Besides, there were works in the past few weeks near on the Daund- Wadi stretch as well.In fact, the works are still ongoing near Makali Ghats and there are plenty of trains which are cancelled or diverted due to the restrictions imposed.
