I don't think UBL NZM via BJP will operate as already UBL have good train GOA Express to Delhi.. Places like Ballari Hospet Gadag Bagalkot Bijapur cant make or insist railways to show that they are capable to fill train to Delhi.. Still railways think this region is capable for manganese coal freight more than passengers trains.. I don't blame SWR here I blame who IR for this thing...
