Amaravati is not a good train Bhai. 2 years back I travelled from VSG to LD in SL coach, maintenance was okay it was a new coach but rush was too much more than 100 passengers also the toilets were blocked by the luggage of passengers.
Regarding Mangala and Goa express my experience is Goa is the better one. I travelled in 2014 in Goa express from VSG to NZM and Mangala from NZM to MAO. crawled all the way from TKD to NZM otherwise BT arrival was expected.
Return journey in Mangala from NZM to MAO was horrible in SL coach too much wait list and even UR passengers occupying my seat. Coach maintenance worse than Goa it was delayed by around one hour before ET. Recoverd some delay till Panvel but KR heavily trolled it and reeached MAO more than 2 hours late. In KR section I never felt like I was in a SF train as it was stranded 6 to 7 places for crossings.
