We have tickets for Ernakulam in Mangala express in 2 tier AC for Saturday morning from Kalyan(Mumbai). The waiting is 12/13, any chance it will get confirmed. If it does not get confirmed can we still enter the train? we have tickets for same train in the non AC with waiting of 26/27. which one should we keep?

someone else can provide you more information on quota. In simple lamguage the WL in Kalyan for Mangala is against the number of berths marked for Kalyan. Therefore, the waiting list at Kalyan is far more difficult to get than in Delhi. So waiting list 26/27 is easier to clear at DElhi than in Kalyan. I am sure someone else will give a better explanation
