An eloco movement was observed near Ranapratapnagar Railway station with Udaipur - Haridwar Express.. This time also I was not able to see it but I listened to the horn. I am 99% sure that it was of an eloco. Anyone aware about it?

Nope..electrified route pe eloco dikh skta hai.aur horn bhi suna h to lg rha hai ki eloco hi hoga..
