Why does this train stops for 75mins at NJP??? any specific reason?

But conquering platform for 75mins for passenger settlement rarely matches some sense. Yeah locals might give precised enlightenment
2 slip coaches of 12344 comes from Haldibari to NJP by Haldibari-NJP Passenger.The 2 coaches are detached from the passenger and attached to the main 22 coach part which stands at NJP. This detta/attachment takes 75 mintues.
