Why is Gomti cancelled when the exact location of accident is not in the route of Gomti??

Agar Train Derailment Russia me bhi hogi fir bhi Gomti Cancelled ho gi yeh fir bhi India me hua haiv
Why Gomti is cancelled again? Jabki Accident site se na Gomti nikalti hai, aur na hi its RSA partner..

Railways Tejas chalu karna chahta hai. DD and shatabdi are already running... What about 2S passengers? Koi toh train ho unke pass.
Same applies for JP-Delhi Section. Only DD and SHatabdi. No proper 2S class wali Intercity...
