For all the BSB voters. E.Co.R never start this train as in my view. VSKP always a cheap division to E.Co.R which they proved so many times publicly by stealing VSKP coaches to Odisha. So until S.Co.R completely runs forget this train. I pity on u r dreams. A zone which not intrested to extend Hirakud where no rake newded, how u peopledreaming it can atart a competw new train? I am 100% confident t least 30% LHB coaches running in Odisha are allotted to to VSKP division. I will not surprise if they are using BSB coaches also of they are allottes. E.Co.R is 100% not intrestes in AP from startimg. They are famous to run empty trains to puri when pax are suffering for trains to sabarimala. Even spare rakes will lye in yard.
