No Maintenance facilities in Latur only cleaning is available. that's why rake is belonged to ER.
Can you please calculate how long or short the run will be if this train is rerouted via purna, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, balharshah, nagbhir jn, gondia jn, durg. Etc....it will require one less reversal i guess.
