Last month Railway Minister Piyush goyal ji said, "No dloco will be allowed to enter National Capital Region area wef 30 Oct 19. That means no dloco will enter beyond sonipat, baghpat road and meerut from north side, beyond rohtak from west side, beyond alwar and mathura from south side and beyond aligarh from east side wef 30 Oct 2019."
If same government comes to power and if its not an only-election statement, then which section can be a headache for this?

at some stations till full electrification complete in those sections, like:
In my view, if kasganj -farrukhabad -shikohabad line not gets completely electrified, then dloco has to be changed at aligarh/ tundla.
Similarly, tapri- shamli- noli (delhi shahdara) electrification is to be speeded up.
What are your thoughts on this?

Alwar me loco change kyu krna h 3 side h thino side eleficed hone wala h within 3 months, aur rehe baat division ki can't cant b division in future area kya dege division bana k bki doosa, rewari jn ko to alwar division me dalge nhi woo already bahut bada station aur jn h in future alwar have more train for mathura side

Don't expect much by "Divisional Status", demanding new divisions is just a gimmick to increase operational cost of Indian Railways.
Being a Division, what has Dhanbad received from Railways ? Or for that matter Moradabad ? Even Solapur is a Division.
Don't expect trains by Divisional Status, Railways will consider Operational Efficiency.
E- Loco Shed, Pitlines, Platforms etc. take time, by the time Alwar

reaches the capability for Loco Change, most of the route will get Electrified.

First of all statements thod mod k pesh kiye jaate hein Television media aur news paper mein. So i also took this newspaper statement as source waise i not seen him saying this statement so i dont know what he said and with what intentions he made such statement.. But i felt statement like Dloco will be not allowed into NCR after 30 oct 2019 as some what illogical one..
