In my view, if kasganj -farrukhabad -shikohabad line is not gets completely electrified, then dloco has to be changed at aligarh/ tundla

If same government comes to power and if its not an only-election statement, then which section can be a headache for this?
In my view, if kasganj -farrukhabad -etawah -shikohabad line is not completely electrified, then dloco has to be changed at aligarh/ tundla
