I know that especially poorva derailment one

kalka mai accident me 64 killed hua tha and kalka mail us time overspeeding kar raha tha and poorva me mera friends tha ,unone bola train 100 se 105 kmph me chalraha tha ,as kanpur was near. Tumlok lhb or icf leke pare ho.Poorva express ka coaches buri taraf se palat gaya tha.Icf cbc rake production stop karna sahi nahi hua
Safety being priority, understand the need to bring in more lHB. But should not reduce general coaches from the coach composition.....As long as they are able to maintain the same coach composition after conversion from ICF TO

Ultimate target is to make all trains LHB so why waste resources for ICF? Agreed that CBC ICF with non telescopic coach might be almost as safe as LHB but LHB has smoother ride and higher max speed so IR took right decision.
