Train No. 12205/06 New Delhi-Dehradun-New Delhi has been extended to Kota from 25.08.2019 !!
Change in timming and New Delhi stoppage has been removed !!

I don't think it is feasible...
Already HW-DDN section is over saturated (due to single line and 30-40 PSR in Elephant zones)
