रेलफैनों की तो बात ही कुछ और है

My first experience with 22354(humsafar exp) has started with a badsafar today instead of 13.15 it started at 15.32 hrs , on boarding the train we found it was not even cleaned properly.
Can't understand were charged approx 3800 for AC 3 tier (Tatkal) and what for - starting late/unclean toilet/ bedsheets and pillows of previous passengers still lying on our berths not to talk about tea or coffee in this pantryless train which was going to cover a distance of around 2600 Kms .
