Intend to board this train on June 4, 2019 from LTT. I have work at Grant Road till 7 p.m. Will 1 hour 50 mins be sufficient to reach LTT from Grant Road comfortably? Solo traveller and light luggage. Which is the best and fastest way to reach LTT from Grant Road? It will be peak hours on local train as well.

CSMT-Tilak nagar - 30 mins
Tilak nagar - ltt - 5-10 mins.
Now you are left with almost 70 mins. In 70 mins, grant road to CST and then to Tilak nagar will be dificult at 7 pm. Even if you make it in around 40 -50 mins, still you can't be sure that you will be able to catch 1st local after you arrive CSMT. So, according to me its quite difficult. If other option available, please go for that

My opinion based on what I have experienced while travelling chowpatty - cst. Too much traffic. Also metro construction work increases travel time.

Ok bro, here is shortest route.
Grant road - dadar - 15 mins
Dadar- vidya vihar - 15mins
From vidya vihar, take auto, another 15 mins to LTT. Though you will have to combat the peak hour rush but this is the only feasible option in given time schedule
