Since the slip coaches are not being used as a link service, why are they just detaching them and holding them at HW? Any specific rationale behind this?
Quota for HW passengers can be arranged while maintaining a single rake
HW-DDN section is not capable for holding long rake trains..
Hence coaches detain at HW..

Because DDN not capable to take Long rake ie more then 15/16 coach
