Is circular journey facility which benefits telescopic rates for long distance passengers are still there in indian railways ?
or it is withdrawn ? because I read an article published in THE HINDU that this facility is withdrawn in 2017 ....
Pls clarify members wheather anybody has taken benifit of telescopis rates after Sep 2017.......?
