Divisional headquarters Dhanbad is far away from Ranchi. That's why i said because Ranchi is much closer to mesra, sanki than Dhanbad
No issues. Even Singrauli is 500kms away from Dhanbad, yet it is under its jurisdiction. Sanki is not an exception.
