Exactly. I believe LC takes place at ET or JBP itself. According to NTES, it halted at KTE for 6 mins. So LC is impossible.
It's not at JBP as well , spotted by a recent traveller , saw a video with twin Diesel loco at BZA , so it's a mystery still
