Experts please comment. As per my knowledge WR Mumbai Rajdhani begween virar - Vadodara has already been permitted for 130kmph. Kota to Mathura too is 130kmps permitted. Only doubt I have is for Vadodara - kota. And Mathura - Nizamuddin is also 130kmph permitted. So what's the new thing in this news?? Confused.....
